Privacy notice
If you select your team type and what you need, we include those details with your message. Information is not saved until you submit it.
This notice explains how the REALI website handles contact-form messages and feedback. For questions, email contact@reali.work.
What information do we save?
When you select “Send message,” the website sends your name, email, message type, topic, related page and message. It also records the submission time, reference number and your consent to this version of the data-use notice. Drafts are not sent or automatically saved before you submit them.
How do we use the information, and who can see it?
We store the information in the Sites hosting database to contact you, assess your needs and review feedback. Only the site administrator can access the inbox. Messages are not shown publicly, and submitting a message does not add you to a marketing list. Temporary counters help prevent repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored.
Correcting, deleting and keeping messages
We keep messages to handle inquiries and review feedback. We do not send automatic confirmation emails. To ask about a message, correct it or request its deletion, email contact@reali.work with the reference number. We will verify who is making the request before acting. A fixed retention period and the full policy for the operating entity have not yet been finalized. Please send only non-confidential information.
How does this website use usage statistics?
We use first-party aggregate counts to understand which content and entry points help people make an inquiry. We count page openings, when the GPS (GEO Positioning System) demo section enters the viewport, contact or email link clicks, and successfully saved inquiries, grouped by UTC date, language, page and source category. These are not unique-visitor counts and cannot reconstruct individual journeys.
The statistics do not store names, email addresses, message text, full referrer URLs or query strings. We do not use advertising cookies or create visitor identifiers. The browser temporarily stores a source category and landing page within the same tab, reusing them for up to 30 minutes; the browser clears them when the tab closes. We do not send these statistics to third-party analytics services.
Only the site administrator can view the reports. We keep a rolling window of 90 UTC dates; older records are cleared when the next usage measurement is saved. Short-lived hashed records used to prevent abuse are stored separately and are not used to identify visitors. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled do not send these usage statistics. The contact form remains available; its data is handled as described elsewhere on this page.
